Randy has been involved in coaching and training since 2006. He first started out as junior high school coach. Since then, he has worked as a high school coach, youth recreation coach, personal trainer, personal training director, general manager of a fitness center, group fitness instructor, and a sport specific trainer for athletes from elementary school up through college. Randy takes pride in educating his clients on the importance of physical activity and having fun while doing it.
Randy specializes in Functional and Sport Specific Training. "As times change, so do our bodies. It is important for us as individuals to focus on how our bodies function. I really try to translate what my clients and I work on in the gym with how they will be using their bodies out of the gym. I also try to focus on how fun exercising can be. It's called a workout, but doesn't need to feel like work."
